01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the lsb15 platform, including the website at lsb15.win, the lsb15 mobile app, and all associated products and services. By accessing lsb15, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

lsb15 provides an online gaming and sports entertainment platform for individual recreational use. The platform includes Slot Games, Fish Games, Live Casino, sports betting markets covering Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), Football, Esports and other categories, alongside promotional offers and a VIP reward programme.

These Terms are written in English. Where translations are provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in the event of any discrepancy. All monetary values on the lsb15 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

lsb15 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users and update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Account Registration

To use lsb15's real-money features — depositing, playing games and placing bets — you must register a personal account. Registration is free. During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid phone number and a unique password.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Each person is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses or for any other purpose is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• The information you provide at registration must be truthful. lsb15 reserves the right to verify identity details and may request supporting documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. lsb15 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared or inadequately protected your login details.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact lsb15 support immediately.
• lsb15 may close or suspend accounts that are found to contain false information, that have been inactive for an extended period, or that are associated with prohibited conduct.

03 Deposits

All deposits on lsb15 are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment
• Bank Transfer (standard and interbank)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the cashier

Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit to your lsb15 balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• lsb15 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply charges on their side — check with your bank or wallet provider for their fee schedule.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made to a bonus balance may be subject to wagering requirements — see Section 5 for details.

04 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to a payment method linked to your account.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that were previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing — Platinum and Diamond tier members generally receive faster processing.
• lsb15 may hold a withdrawal pending identity verification if your account has not been previously verified, or if the withdrawal amount triggers an internal review threshold.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods may take slightly longer to process. lsb15 does not deliberately delay withdrawals.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn. Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by method.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

lsb15 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL matches and major Cricket tournaments. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligible games, wagering requirements, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits — are stated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is completed.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot Games typically contribute 100%. Live Casino, Fish Games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate — the exact contribution is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Claiming bonuses with the intention of meeting wagering requirements through low-risk, structured betting strategies that exploit the bonus rather than play the games as intended may result in the bonus being voided.
• Each bonus offer specifies whether it can be combined with other active promotions. Where combination is not permitted, the most recently activated bonus applies.
• If you wish to decline a bonus and keep your deposit as pure real-money balance, contact support before accepting. Once a bonus is active, its wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal of the underlying deposit is possible.

06 VIP Programme

The lsb15 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier assignment is based on total real-money wagering activity over a rolling period. The exact thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP page.

• VIP points accumulate automatically with every qualifying real-money wager across all game categories.
• Weekly cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority, bonus multipliers and access to dedicated account management are all linked to your current VIP tier.
• lsb15 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes.
• VIP benefits are for personal account holders only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• If a player's activity falls below the threshold for their current tier over the review period, their tier may be adjusted downward at the next review cycle.
• VIP cashback is credited weekly and reflects qualifying wagers from the previous seven-day period. The credit appears in your real-money balance each Friday.

07 Games and Betting

lsb15 offers Slot Games, Fish Games, Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger and game show formats) and sports betting markets including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports.

• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for Slot and Fish Games, and by physical game outcomes for Live Casino tables where real dealers manage play.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for Slot Games and house edge figures for Live Casino tables are theoretical long-run averages. Actual results in any individual session will vary — short-session results can differ significantly from the theoretical return.
• Sports betting odds are set by lsb15 and may change up to and including the time of an event. Bets placed at a given odds are honoured at those odds unless a clear pricing error occurred.
• In the event of a disputed result in a sporting event — including match abandonment, rescheduling or result reversal by a governing body — lsb15 will settle bets according to the official result as recognised by the relevant cricket or sports authority within a reasonable time period.
• lsb15 reserves the right to void bets placed after the actual start of an event where the bet was accepted due to a technical error.
• The platform may temporarily suspend access to specific game categories or markets for technical maintenance. Notice will be provided where possible.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on lsb15. Accounts found to be in breach of these rules will be suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances may be voided where fraudulent activity is confirmed.

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person for any purpose.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false personal information or impersonating another person.
• Bonus abuse: Creating accounts, using third-party funds or employing systematic strategies specifically to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in Live Casino or any multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools or any software that interacts with the platform outside of a normal browser or the official lsb15 app.
• Money laundering: Using lsb15 as a mechanism to process, clean or transfer funds from illegal activity. lsb15 is obligated to report suspicious transactions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback for funds that were used in gameplay. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be immediately suspended.
• Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of a software bug, pricing error or system fault to place bets or collect winnings that would not be available under normal operating conditions.

09 Privacy and Data

lsb15 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform — including account registration details, transaction records, gameplay history and device information. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement.

• lsb15 does not sell personal data to third parties.
• Transaction and gameplay data may be reviewed by lsb15 for fraud detection and responsible gaming monitoring.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data lsb15 holds about your account, or to request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any legal retention obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

• All registered users can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes immediate effect for reductions and a cooling-off period for increases.

• Self-exclusion allows you to block your own access to the lsb15 platform for a chosen period. Contact support to activate self-exclusion — it will be applied promptly without requiring you to justify your decision.

While we work to maintain consistent uptime and accurate game functionality, lsb15 cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of technical issues at all times.

• lsb15 is not liable for losses resulting from network outages, device issues, payment provider delays or other factors outside of lsb15's direct control.
• lsb15 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• lsb15's total liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable laws.

12 Amendments to These Terms

lsb15 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that affect existing account holders' rights or obligations, lsb15 will provide notice via the platform or by the contact details associated with your account.

Continued use of the lsb15 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
